Kwetu Development, established in 2019, is a medium size company operating in the construction industry. It aims to deliver affordable quality projects to its clients, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Africa in general.
We offer our services to private and public sectors such as government, land owners, buyers, contractors and many others. Our uniqueness is the combination of our technical and managerial skills implemented into the deliverable to our clients through property development, construction management, construction estimating and construction maintenance at the most convenient cost with quality and within time frame.
Our services are mainly divided into four categories:

Kwetu Development mission is to deliver affordable quality residential and commercial developments to our clients by creating developments that surpass the needs of our clients, encourage communities, and enhance the surrounding landscape, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Africa in general.

Kwetu Development vision is to be the company of choice to its clients through the consistent delivery of affordable and quality residential and commercial developments.
Our commitment
Kwetu Development's vision is based on long-termism, towards its clients and suppliers but also towards its environment. As such, we aim to produce 20 % of our bed surfaces materials need from recycled waste materials. Working with Kwetu Development is working for the future and a sustainable environment. Our commitment to a better society doesn’t stop at recycling our wastes, it also includes reaching out to key stakeholders of our environment, such as the House of elderly persons, Orphans, previously disadvantaged communities, private and public schools; and many other pillars of our society.
